NCPTA members, as part of their annual membership fee, receive comprehensive subscription linked insurance. The annual membership subscription provides insurance cover for the association from 1 January - 31 December. The insurance package has evolved over the last 50 years in conjunction with our brokers and is now tailored to meet the essential insurance requirements of associations such as yours and local education authorities.

Our subscription linked insurance provides:

• Public liability cover for all PTA run events - indemnity limit of £10million, for any one incident

• £500 of All Risks cover for PTA owned or purchased equipment (details of all items to be insured and their value must be listed on the membership renewal or application form or notified to NCPTA when purchased) 

• Employers Liability - indemnity £10 million

• Personal accident - for adults assisting at events

• Personal accident - for children assisting at events

• Cash in transit - up to £10,000

• Fidelity guarantee - cover against fraud or dishonesty by the association's Treasurer (limit £3,000) or elected committee member (limit £750)
