PTA Success Factors

The NCPTA has over 50 years experience of working with PTAs. Currently, we have more than 13,000 members in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. To help your PTA be as successful as possible, the NCPTA has devised a series of Success Factors which we believe will help you to reach your full potential. Whilst big earning fundraisers may come and go, these ten factors are the enduring elements which will provide your PTA with the strong foundations it needs to sustain success year after year.

The ten Success Factors are:

• Keeping up with the times

Whether you are a newly formed PTA or an old hand, these are the factors which we recommend you consider.
