Croeso!  A warm welcome to the page dedicated to PTAs in Wales.  I’m Nicole James and I’m the recently appointed NCPTA Adviser for Wales.  A PTA member myself, I’m really excited to be part of the NCPTA team and to be of service to the members. My role as Adviser is to support, guide and assist you, making sure you get the most from the range of benefits the NCPTA offers.

I will be running workshops and events aimed at bringing large groups of us together to share good practice, exchange fundraising ideas and learn more about the day to day running of a successful PTA. We have a regional newssheet called Your Area, which is posted to the key contact for your association. It's also available electronically from the website - just click here for the latest and previous editions. And we also have this webpage. I am eager to include contributions from PTAs across Wales on both, so please send me emails with your stories, announcements, advice, tips, etc to share with your fellow PTA colleagues. (As a little incentive, we’ll give a £10 donation to PTAs whose stories appear on this webpage or in the Your Area newssheet).

Finally, remember to promote the NCPTA to your friends and colleagues; I'm sure you'll agree that NCPTA membership represents great value for money and I'd like to see as many PTAs in Wales benefitting from the NCPTA's range of publications, resources and support.
