Renewal 2009

The NCPTA membership renewal notice 2009 will be posted to members, week commencing Monday 13 October 2008. It will be sent to the school address, cleary marked for the attention of the association treasurer. Renew promptly to ensure continuous insurance cover for all PTA events plus access to the full range of member benefits. Can't wait for the hard copy to arrive - simply follow the link on the left to access the renewal documents.

Prompt payment discounts

Renew by 31 December 2008 and your Association will save £5 on the annual membership fee. Switch to renewal by Direct Debit, and receive a further £5 saving. The completed mandate must be with us by 31 December 2008.   

Renewal by Direct Debit

Members which have already set up a Direct Debit to renew their NCPTA membership, can sit back and relax. Your 2009 membership renewal fee will automatically be debited from your PTA account during the first week January 2009. In November, the NCPTA will write to your association's treasurer, confirming the fee that will be debitied from your account. As a thank-you for switching to Direct Debit, your association will automatically qualify for a £5 reduction on the annual membership fee. You will also have the opportunity to update your details and to let us know if there have been any other changes that we need to know about.
