Renewal 2008

Renew your NCPTA membership now to ensure continuous insurance cover and access to all member benefits.

The final renewal reminder will be despatched week commening Monday 7 April; it will be addressed to the school, marked for the attention of the Association's key contact.

Associations yet to renew are urged to do so with utmost urgency. Whilst your renewal remains outstanding, your PTA and its activities are not covered by the NCPTA's subscription linked insurance. Accidents do happen so it is vital that your Association has adequate insurance cover in place so that you and your committee colleagues are not personally liable. There's no need to wait for the paper documents to arrive; simply print, complete and return the renewal documents below.

Associations which renew their 2008 membership by Direct Debit mandate (DDM) can discount the annual fees by £5. Renewing by this method will give you peace of mind that both your NCPTA insurance and membership is continuous, until you decide to cancel.  If you are renewing by cheque, please make the cheque payable to NCPTA.

What happens if we don't renew?
Associations which have not sent in a cheque or set up a Direct Debit to renew their NCPTA membership are now classed as lapsed members. Your Association's subscription linked insurance cover no longer applies and access to all other NCPTA membership benefits, including access to the NCPTA website and receipt of member publications such as PTA magazine, News & Views and Your Area, has been put on hold. To renew your NCPTA membership, send in your renewal documents as soon as possible.
