No doubt many of you will be busy this term planning Halloween, Bonfire, Christmas and other seasonal fundraisers. The local news section contains some innovative seasonal fundraising ideas for you to try. Don’t forget to visit our Info Centre to make sure nothing is overlooked in terms of licences, risk assessments and child protection.

Annual General meetings (AGMs) are often held this term too. If you are struggling to generate interest in your forthcoming AGM have a look at the tried and tested tips in the local news section that have been gathered from PTAs attending workshops across the region over the last year.

If you are new to the committee or in need of some fresh ideas then book a place at one of our free local PTA workshops? They are a great way of sharing ideas and learning what works well and why. Topics include innovative fundraising, involving more parents, making sure your events are safe, legal and successful and many more.
