The join in 50p Fundraising Trail is a simple fundraiser and one that all PTAs can participate in.
To recognise and raise awareness of the valuable contribution made by PTAs around the country, the NCPTA is holding its second NCPTA join in day, on Tuesday 10 June 2008. We would like as many associations as possible to join in this special day, by holding a 50p Fundraising Trail which will raise money solely for your school, whilst helping the NCPTA to highlight the value of PTAs on a national scale.
To assist with your planning and preparation the NCPTA has produced a 50p Fundraising Trail pack which includes promotional materials to help you publicise the event and a step by step guide to running a successful trail.
The NCPTA has developed curriculum materials too for use in primary schools; speak to your Headteacher about using these materials to make this a whole school event and to raise anticipation and awareness of the trail. Please contact us if you would like to receive curriculum materials for Key stages 1 and 2.
