WANTED - Venues for NCPTA Fundraising Workshops
As Regional Adviser for all PTAs in Yorkshire and The Humber, I am busy planning a series of local workshops aimed at providing advice and guidance to all home school groups.
These are free for PTAs throughout the region and are a fantastic way of meeting other PTAs, sharing good practice and gaining new ideas.
To run the workshops we need suitable venues - school halls, classrooms or meeting rooms are ideal. The best time to hold a workshop is usually a weekday evening. We would need access from approximately 6pm, delegates will arrive from 6.45pm and the event will conclude at 9pm. All we ask is that you provide a suitable room and serve refreshments for the delegates. We will advertise the event and send out the invitations to all local schools.
In return, the NCPTA will give your Association a £50 donation. If you are interested in hosting a workshop at your school please get in touch, to have an informal, no obligation discussion.
